Hello! my name is Rodolfo and I am a professionally french trained chef from Brazil with a strong passion for easy, healthy gourmet food! 

What feeds my passion? Three things really, One is my passion for food, not just any food but great food, like the one that surrounded me from my grandmother’s and my mother’s cooking; good, wholesome, inventive and something made for enjoyment.  Second is my attitude towards healthy living and lastly, but most important, Third is my strong sense that there was no space in culinary arts for special need individuals with the “that is not our problem” attitude I found both at culinary school, where I was told by my teachers that for people with food issues  “is what pharmacies are for” and then the prevalent commercial practice of the mass food industry to not only ignore the problem but make it worse by loading their products with sugar, carbs and unhealthy fats or worse, replacement chemicals, that only make us sicker.

I founded No Sugar Aloud in 2018. A company that seeks to loudly say to the world that “Life Can be Sweet without Sugar” and that the use of proper technique and high-quality natural ingredients can produce foods that are both delicious and healthy!

I felt that as a professional Chef I could create something better without losing the magic and flavor of high-quality food. It also had to be simple to make, so I created an easy mix that is flavor packed, convenient, and healthy at the same time. Our company is small but my passion is BIG. We are an honest company; my products are made in a small industrial kitchen -not a lab- using 100% natural ingredients and no chemicals. Utmost care is given in mixing and making every product box we ship out to customers.

The Aloud in our name is misspelled on purpose…we want to shout Out Loud that life can definitely be sweet without sugar.
