When the family decided to move out of town, they asked Gary and Cassie if they would like to buy their elderberry syrup company. With no plans for expansion at the time but knowing their Green Grocer customers loved the stuff, they agreed to purchase and start producing the magical elderberry syrup.

Within a few months, the elderberry syrup (now branded under Cassie’s health coaching practice Cassie Green Health) was being sold at a number of local shops and juice bars in DFW. Shortly after that, Cassie and Gary began expanding their retail partnerships and selling to stores across the US. 

They never would have imagined that this one amazing product would be such a fun business that helped so many people ward off the flu, relieve their allergies and aid in their digestion. They continue to work on product development to grow the elderberry family!
