Ingredients: Organic White Rice Flour, Organic Quinoa Flour, Organic Cheddar Cheese (Organic Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Organic Non-Fat Milk, Organic Whey, Disodium Phosphate).

6 oz. Single Size: Contains 5 oz. pasta and one 1 oz. cheese packet. Serves 2.

Directions: In a large saucepan bring 3 quarts of water to a boil, add Quinoa Elblows pasta and return to a low boil. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until “al dente”. Drain well and set aside. In the same saucepan add 3 tbsp. low-fat milk and 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, return to stove and place over low heat. Whisk until butter melts. Add the enclosed organic cheese packet and stir to create a rich, cheesy sauce. Return the cooked pasta to the saucepan with the sauce. Mix well to cover the pasta evenly.
