Great for grilled cheese sandwiches or hearty dipping bread for cozy soups. For a 2-3 day shelf life, store at room temperature in the open air or left in the paper bag. Leftovers can be frozen (never refrigerated!!). Just wrap tightly in plastic or foil, then defrost fully while still wrapped.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, whole spelt flour, whole rye flour, water, salt. Made with a natural starter.
Keep this bread in the bag in came in to prevent moisture from building up. Room temperature is best; never store your bread in the fridge.
If you plan on storing your loaf (or half of it) in the freezer for longer life, keep it in a freezer-safe plastic bag with as much air pushed out as possible. When removing the bread from the freezer, allow it to thaw on the counter for 20 minutes and follow reheating instructions.
