One in three employee-partners at its Oregon bakery have a criminal background. The Dave’s Killer Bread Foundation inspires other businesses to become Second Chance Employers.Keep this bread in the bag it came in to prevent moisture from building up. Room temperature is best; never store your bread in the fridge.
If you plan on storing your loaf (or half of it) in the freezer for longer life, keep it in a freezer-safe plastic bag with as much air pushed out as possible. When removing the bread from the freezer, allow it to thaw on the counter for 20 minutes and follow reheating instructions.
