Akaushi Sirloin Kabobs are lean and flavorful cubes that are over the top tender when cooked to medium-rare. This cut can be marinated with fresh herbs or sprinkled with a dash of salt & pepper, and is great when used for steak salad, lettuce wraps, meat and veggie kebabs and many other delectable dishes.

 Akaushi beef has a higher concentration of monounsaturated fat (the good fats) in relation to saturated fat. According to the American Heart Association, consuming the "good fats" can lead to reduced cholesterol, the prevention of heart disease, and are part of a healthy diet. The monounsaturated fats found in Akaushi beef are considered to be "good for the heart" according to the USDA.
