Fuji apples have it all—super sweet, super juicy and super crisp. This immensely flavorful new variety was introduced to the U.S. from Japan in the 1980s. Coloring is usually yellow-green with red highlights, but will sometimes have either a pinkish blush or be nearly all red. A great substitute for sugary snacks, it's also excellent for pies, salads, and applesauce.
