Did you know you can always skip orders up to three weeks in advance? To skip, Log In to your account, head to your Upcoming Deliveries page and locate the order you'd like to skip. Select the 'Skip Delivery’ link to the right of the delivery details.
If you decide to cancel your account or cancel a subscription from your cart, contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com or call 214-39-7417 before your cutoff time, and we'll take care of the cancellation process.
Please note that any order shown as ‘Ordered Processed’ on your Upcoming Deliveries page has already been processed and cannot be canceled.
A friendly reminder that you’ll be responsible for all charges incurred for any orders that have already been processed.
